WN786 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

1Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry specific meanings within the context of WN786's operations and these Terms and Conditions.

• "Platform" — The WN786 website accessible at wn786.bet, including all betting markets, games, promotions and account management tools available through that domain.
• "Account" — A registered player account held with WN786, identified by a unique username and linked to one verified Pakistani mobile number and email address.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — Any real-money stake placed by a player on a betting market or game outcome through the WN786 platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all WN786 transactions are conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits added to a player's account by WN786 as part of a promotion, welcome offer or loyalty reward, subject to their own specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times bonus funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be bet in qualifying games before any winnings can be withdrawn.

2Account Registration

To use WN786's real-money services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, an active email address and a date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active WN786 account at any time. WN786 actively monitors for duplicate registrations. If you are found to hold more than one account — regardless of whether the duplication was intentional — WN786 reserves the right to close the duplicate account(s), void any bonuses received through duplicate accounts and withhold any winnings generated while multiple accounts were active.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. If your circumstances change — for example, a change of mobile number or email address — you must update your account details promptly. WN786 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player. Providing false identity information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.3 Account Security

Your WN786 account username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account whether or not you personally authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact WN786 support immediately at support@wn786.bet. WN786 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

3Age Verification

WN786 operates exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. No person under the age of 18 may register, deposit funds or place any bet through the WN786 platform under any circumstances.

WN786 may request age verification documentation at any point during a player's account lifetime — including at the point of registration, when processing a first withdrawal, or at any time our compliance team deems it necessary. Accepted documentation typically includes a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Until age is satisfactorily verified, WN786 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing.

If it is determined at any point that an account was registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, that account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made to the account will be returned to the verified account holder, and any winnings generated during the period of under-age play will be voided.

4Deposits & Payments

WN786 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• NayaPay (digital account)
• SadaPay (digital account)
• IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at WN786 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by WN786, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. WN786 does not charge any fee on deposits — the full amount you transfer is the full amount credited to your WN786 account.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your WN786 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank. Card payments are typically instant but may occasionally take up to 30 minutes during high-traffic periods.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. WN786 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources on behalf of a player. If a deposit is identified as originating from a source not belonging to the registered account holder, WN786 reserves the right to hold those funds pending verification and to return them to the source if ownership cannot be confirmed.

5Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance at any time through the WN786 cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. WN786 charges no fee on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount you receive.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent deposit to that account. WN786 applies this policy as a standard anti-fraud measure. In cases where the original deposit method is no longer available or active, alternative withdrawal arrangements can be made through the WN786 support team, subject to additional identity verification.

5.2 Processing Times

WN786 targets processing of withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within one to three business hours. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank. These are target times — occasional delays may occur during exceptional system maintenance or high-volume periods, but WN786 communicates any such delays proactively.

5.3 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

WN786 may require identity verification before processing a player's first withdrawal or when a withdrawal exceeds certain thresholds. Requested documentation typically includes a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your CNIC, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Players who do not complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request will have their withdrawal request cancelled and returned to their account balance.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to request a withdrawal of bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from the account. Your real-money deposit remains withdrawable at any time regardless of bonus status, though removing a bonus before its wagering requirements are met will also void any winnings generated using that bonus.

6Bonuses & Promotions

WN786 offers a range of bonuses, free spins and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at WN786 who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per device. WN786 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at WN786 carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount) must be staked in eligible games. The following rules apply to wagering:

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while some table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bets placed with real-money funds are always applied to wagering requirements before bonus funds.

6.3 Promotional Abuse

WN786 takes promotional abuse seriously. Any player found to be opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using organised groups to exploit promotional terms, or placing low-risk hedging bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay will have their bonus voided, their account reviewed and potentially closed.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed at WN786 are subject to the general rules set out here as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the relevant sections of the WN786 platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

WN786 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from players who have been identified as professional gamblers or advantage players, or where market integrity concerns are present. The display of odds on the WN786 platform does not constitute an offer to accept a bet — all bets are subject to acceptance by WN786.

7.2 Obvious Errors

WN786 makes every effort to ensure that odds displayed on the platform are accurate. However, in the event that odds are published due to a human error or technical fault at a level that no reasonable person would expect to represent genuine market prices, WN786 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and refund stakes. WN786 will always notify affected players when such voids occur.

7.3 Abandoned & Postponed Events

For sporting events that are postponed or abandoned, WN786 applies the following standard rules: if a match does not commence or is abandoned and fewer than the minimum defined playing time has elapsed, all bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. 7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting at WN786 is subject to temporary suspension of markets during key moments in a match. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by WN786, it stands regardless of subsequent events in the game. However, bets submitted at the moment of market suspension may not be accepted — WN786 will return the stake for any such unaccepted bets immediately.

8Casino & Games

WN786's casino and games section — including slots, roulette, crash games, fishing games and live dealer tables — operates under the following rules in addition to the general platform Terms.

8.1 RNG and Fairness

All WN786 casino and game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party game developers. WN786 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP percentages published by game providers are accurate and reflect independently audited mathematical return rates over millions of rounds.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, WN786 will investigate the incident and, where the malfunction materially affected the result, will void the affected round and return all stakes. Winnings paid out as a result of a technical error that would not have been payable under normal circumstances may be voided at WN786's discretion.

8.3 Game Rules

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WN786 platform and will result in immediate account action including suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete identity or payment information
• Allowing another person to use your WN786 account
• Using the platform while under the age of 18
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing anomalies to gain unfair advantage

• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any competitive game offered by WN786
• Placing bets with knowledge of non-public information that would give an unfair advantage (insider betting)

• Submitting fraudulent payment transactions or initiating unjustified chargebacks
• Engaging in money laundering or using WN786 for any transaction unrelated to genuine gambling activity
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communication directed at WN786 staff

10Account Suspension & Closure

WN786 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Reasons for suspension or closure may include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or at the request of the player themselves.

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their WN786 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@wn786.bet. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

10.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months during which no login, deposit or betting activity has occurred. WN786 will notify the account holder by email before any inactive account action is taken. After the notification period, WN786 may charge a monthly administrative fee against inactive account balances. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact WN786 support.

13Limitation of Liability

WN786 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform or the absence of technical errors. WN786's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

WN786 is not liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control including — but not limited to — power outages, internet service disruptions, force majeure events, government actions or third-party payment provider failures. WN786 will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.

14Amendments to These Terms

WN786 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, WN786 will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the WN786 platform after amended Terms have come into effect constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the WN786 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.1.
